The hosts do an amazing job of removing the stigma from the subject, and encouraging listeners to take better care of themselves through stories of personal experience and words of encouragement. Not only all this, but the hosts come across as engaging, sincere people who are just incredibly pleasant to listen to. It feels like you're in the same room with them, as they share stories of their lives and how they've turned their experiences into chances for learning and growth. Excellent podcast.

A podcast that dives into the thought we’ve all had…what would I tell my younger self? Both hosts have incredible deliveries and insight. So many different topics that everyday people like you and I can relate to. Love, stress, failure, empathy…this is a great series that makes discussing mental health a lot easier.
