Daniel Foytik is a teller of interesting lies who explores his love of story in all its forms through writing, narration, and the creation of multiple award-nominated and award-winning audio drama podcasts including The Lift, The Wicked Library, The Private Collector, and Wicked Fairy Tales. He is the creator of The Lift but considers himself to be as much Victoria’s creation as she is his. Daniel lives in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania for now, but he has a strong desire to move to the mountains and disappear onto a farm surrounded by deep, dark woods.

Nelson is an author, podcast creator, producer and voice actor in Pittsburgh PA. He is the creator and original host of The Wicked Library and the character of The Librarian. He became executive producer after entrusting the operations to 9th Story Studios. He remained a part of 9th Story Studios as an executive producer, writer and actor for many of the shows until April 2021 when he left to pursue other opportunities with The Librarian. He is currently working on a second short story collection, a new novel and a scripted podcast.More information coming soon.

He also really likes drinking tea.Though primarily taught in piano and guitar, the magical wonders of the internet (coupled with a mac and a midi-keyboard) have allowed him to pass off as a 109-piece orchestra from time to time, as well as many other amazing things, such as a shamisen player, or a triangle player (triangulist?).Simply put, he like soundtracks. He likes them so much that he wants to make soundtracks for the rest of his days. He especially wants to make soundtracks which are so good, they temporarily make you feel as though you are immersed in another world.
