Dennis Detwiller, co-creator of Delta Green, wrote a book. It's Delta Green fiction. It has been reviewed, revised, and edited. Now, it needs to be published.  They've figured-out a price that they need in order to publish the work and pay the author. That number is $26,000. Now $26,000 is a lot of money. It's more money than the guy at Delta Green have.  So they put the project up on Kickstarter.
