Erika Lantz is a senior producer and host at Rococo Punch.Previously, Lantz was a producer in WBUR's iLab, where she made Kind World, a radio series and podcast that tells intimate stories about people who have profoundly affected one another. She started her career at KFAI in Minneapolis before becoming a producer for APM's "Performance Today."Lantz's work has aired on WNYC's "Snap Judgment," NPR's "All Things Considered" and "Here & Now," and on WBUR and CBC.

Her first book, "Turning Pointe: How a New Generation of Dancers Is Saving Ballet from Itself," a non-fiction investigation into gender and power in American ballet, was published in 2021. Her second book, the novel "Pas de Don't," was published in 2023.Angyal received her B.A. in Sociology from Princeton University and her Ph.D. in Arts and Media from the University of New South Wales.

James P. Steichen is a historian, writer, and fundraiser. Currently, he is a Director of Development at Stanford University.Steichen's first book, the nonfiction history of the New York City Ballet "Balanchine and Kirstein’s American Enterprise," was published in 2018.Steichen received his B.A. from the University of Virginia, his M.A. from the University of Chicago, and his Ph.D. in Musicology from Princeton University.
