The Rodeo On Record

Existing somewhere between Manchester and the Wild West, The Rodeo is a British music magazine showcasing the best in new music across genres of alternative, indie and Americana. Plus, everything we love about gig-going, vinyl-collecting and playlist-making.Our quarterly print magazine, now in its 14th edition, is the culmination of the efforts of our team of writers and our willingness to offer something a bit different.Off the back of the magazine comes our latest venture, The Rodeo On Record, offers a behind-the-scenes look at our content, bringing you snippets of our interviews in their most organic form. This podcast is something we've wanted to do for a long time, seeing as there's so much material we don't get to share with our readers each issue. From bonus questions to tangent chats, this is the place to be for exclusive insight into what makes our magazine so flippin' fabulous. The Rodeo’s identity is inspired by American country music and diner aesthetic, though covers an eclectic range of great alternative music, including a wide range of new British indie talent. It features serious interviews with up-and-coming artists, alongside unique creative pieces that you would struggle to find in any other publications, and we like to add our own creative spins – such as our ‘Haiku Reviews’ for albums. The magazine itself is produced in Manchester, UK, and shipped worldwide. All of the content featured is bespoke, produced by our team specifically for the magazine, and not available online. Check out our store to see the latest volume, or our stockists page to find out where the mag is available. The Rodeo relies on valuable contributions from a team of young, dedicated writers.Check out the authors page to view their individual profiles, and click through to find their articles. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
