Today, we are talking YOGA 101; the ins and outs of a "complete" yoga practice and what styles you may wish to explore relative to your needs and symptomology- I think I am making up words here-ha!ha! PS. I speak of props for home practice in the podcast. I recommend a mat, two blocks, a blanket, a bolster- a yogic cushion, and a yoga strap (I neglected to include use of strap in recording-oops!). Props help create space for safe exploration of movement in your practice and are a MUST-HAVE in my opinion!
