A former fashion & business executive for Christian Louboutin (and prior to that a singer), Anne V Mühlethaler is a certified mindfulness & meditation teacher (and 250 RYT yoga teacher), podcast host, and writer. In the daytime, Anne runs a coaching and consulting practice. In that role, she helps people and companies figure out how to talk about themselves and what they do, in a way that makes them relevant to the people they care about. Evenings and weekends, she writes, teaches and studies mindfulness, Loving Kindness and Buddhist practices. In the middle, tying this together, Anne hosts and produces the podcast Out of the Clouds, a show which, like her, sits at the crossroads between business and mindfulness. In the show, Anne interviews a variety of guests, entrepreneurs, designers, academics, teachers to talk through their journey, their work, and together explore how to live with intention.Anne also hosts Out of the Clouds Waking Heart, a podcast dedicated to mindfulness practices, as well as writes and records The Metta View, a newsletter dedicated to insights on coaching, consulting and storytelling, with a mindful lens.
