Our first story takes us back to 1999. Kate Morris, a uni student working at the Clarins counter, decides that the future of beauty should not only be online for everyone to access, but it should make women feel good, supported, rather than intimidated.
Twenty years later, Kate lists her business on the Australian stock exchange in the largest float from a female founded and led company. Adore Beauty now represents one of a handful of companies with majority female boards, in a pool of almost 2200 companies.
Kate is a remarkable woman, who happens to have kids.
