Snowsports Fear - Is fear or anxiety spoiling your time on the slopes? 

 Author and Illustrator of Ski A to Z Kimberley Kay and Snowsport England coach Dr Carol Porter will share actionable solutions on how to reduce the impact of fear and anxiety on snowsports enjoyment and participation. 

 A survey of skiers and snowboarders sought to understand the ways in which fear and anxiety can affect them. The survey data was complemented by in-depth case study interviews to determine the key themes and issues and how they can spoil time on the slopes and reduce people’s inclination to take part in snowsports. 

 These issues have been addressed and solutions determined so set yourself up for a great 24/25 season with this insightful and inspiring interview as the starting point.
