How do you keep a good attitude when the world around you is in chaos or not as you wish it would be.  I used to tell my boys when they were young " You get to choose your attitude, pick a good one!!"   That line has been a moto in our lives, but can be hard to remember when life feels unmanagable. We are responsible for our emotions, our responses, our attitudes- so pick a good one.
