Legion, in an attempt to appease his father Charles Xavier, travels back in time to murder Magneto before he could become the X-Men's biggest foe. In so doing, he inadvertently pulls several of the X-Men to the past with him. Despite their best efforts tragedy still hits, and the future will never be the same.
