Access to mental health care is a privilege. If you can access therapy, support groups, medication, please help yourself and others.

Not everyone understands the importance of mental health care, even fewer people think that they need it and way fewer can access it. I wish I could do something about it but till I figure out a way, I’ll keep working on myself and telling people around me about its importance.

Working on our mental health is a necessity so on this World Mental Health Day, I am talking about my experiences in working on improving my mental health. I share how I discovered the importance of mental health and the steps I took to improve it. I talk about my experiences of being in therapy and what I learnt. Also sharing my favourite mindfulness/self-care practices and goals for my mental health.

It’s a light hearted, chatty episode full of authenticity so join in and let’s work on our mental wellbeing.
