Hi gang!!

I wanted to bring some awareness surrounding Lyme disease since May is Lyme disease awareness month.  In this episode I briefly, I mean really briefly, tell you what Lyme disease is all about (head over to my first podcast if you'd like to learn more).  I more so go into the awareness of ticks and where they can be found.  I also discuss how to remove a tick and what to do if bitten.  This year there's gonna be a lot of ticks, so make sure you check yourself, your kids and pet!
