This week’s “How She Finds Purpose” insight comes from Rachel Karu. She says -
“So to create space for yourself to really reconnect to what I like to call your sage self, which is that part of you that knows who you are, knows what your values are, knows what your strengths are, what energizes you.”
Rachel is the author of Stepping Into More, Lessons on a Recovering Perfectionist and also has a companion CD of songs by the same title. Her personal journey as a recovering perfectionist inspired her to create Stepping Into More, a professional and personal development company, which is dedicated to supporting clients to identify their GPS, the idea being to unearth and honor their true north.
Before launching her company, more highlights from Rachel’s corporate experience include human resource manager at EMI Music Distribution and manager of organizational development training at Easton Sports.
