Everyone seems to be very concerned with our children's mental health, even more so during this pandemic. However, what if we could  see the mental health that we have in every moment, even when we feel sad or when times are hard. This 11 year old girl has a different understanding of mental health and resilience. She knows that she doesn't need any tools or techniques to help her out of a sticky situation.
