Joss Richard is my dear friend, Emmy award winning television producer, and founder of Margot - a community connecting women with mentors. Margot helps women of all ages, backgrounds, and stages of life, find qualified mentors in various industries, while normalizing the concept of women being compensated for their time and knowledge. In this interview, we discuss the importance of mentorship, disrupting the narrative that women don’t have to be paid for their time, and why free mentorship to women and girls in communities with socio-economic barriers is so important.
