Emily Broad Leib is a law professor and researcher. Currently, she is a Professor of Law at Harvard University and the Director of the Food Law and Policy Clinic of Harvard's Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation. Her work focuses on community-led food system change, reduction in food waste, food security and access to healthy foods, and equity and sustainability in food production.Leib received her B.A. in History from Columbia University and her J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Priya Fielding Singh is a sociologist and author.

Currently, she covers food, drink, and agriculture for Forbes.Sorvino's work has appeared on NPR, the Los Angeles Times, Fast Company, and the Financial Times. Her first book, "Raw Deal: Hidden Corruption, Corporate Greed, and the Fight for the Future of Meat," was published in 2022.Sorvino received her B.A. in Journalism from George Washington University, where she worked on the student newspaper, The GW Hatchet.

Psyche Williams-Forson is professor and chair of the Department of American Studies at the University of Maryland, College Park. She is the author of Taking Food Public: Redefining Foodways in a Changing World and the award-winning Building Houses Out of Chicken Legs: Black Women, Food, & Power. Her latest book is Eating While Black: Food Shaming and Race in America.

Elysabeth Alfano is a plant-based foods consultant and an investor. Currently, she is the CEO of VegTech Invest. She also consults through her company Plant Powered Consulting. She is a regular contributor to ESG Clarity, Vegconomist Magazine, Factset Insights, CAIA, and FinTechTV. She hosts the podcasts "Plantbased Business Hour" and "Upside & Impact: Investing for Change." Alfano began her career with the Kellogg Company, where she worked on Special K and Frosted Mini-Wheats.
