This podcast is non-profit in aid of the charity Gloves Up Knives Down, an anti-knife crime charity hosted within the boxing world, aiming to raise awareness of the benefits of people getting off the streets and into organised controlled combat sports.

The purpose of this podcast is to understand the boxing world and the psychology around it from the people inside the sport.From champions to up and coming superstars we have them all, talking about their life coming into the sport, their highs, their lows, what they do get through these low points and ultimately why they think this sport is more than getting in the ring for a fight.
