Marion founded her HR consultancy business in 2015, after working in HR for blue chip companies including BT, AIG and Boots The Chemists, in the public sector, and as a management trainer for a small training consultancy.   

She’s passionate about helping managers to love managing people. Too often people are promoted into management roles without any training or support, and become overwhelmed by the demands of the role. Marion puts managers at the heart of her HR practice, and has a unique 121 coaching programme to help team managers build their confidence and learn how to solve - and avoid creating - HR problems.    

A Chartered Member of the CIPD, Marion is also a wife and mum to two daughters.
