I rewatched and relistened to myself speak 12 months and 8 months ago and the sheer dishonesty and fakeness made me cringe. It wasn't that my voice was higher pitched or maybe I stuttered a few times that made me turn away, it was the fact that I was not telling the full truth. I wasn't really operating from my truth self at that time. Well I'm not perfect but that has shifted dramatically. Enough of these fake conversations. Enough of everything is good and we are all happy. Be real and raw and tell the truth, the whole truth. That's what I'm starting to do and it feels like a weight had lifted off of my shoulders as the true mask is coming off. Hope this serves you.
