This podcast's purpose is to empower as many women as possible, even if it ends up being just one; I will take it! The purpose of this is to help women understand nutrition and how it can empower and transform your life. This podcast is going to be raw and pretty much unedited. There’s most likely going to be emotions involved and there’s going to be a wide variety of subjects that I will cover. I feel like I have a lot to talk about and I have an opinion on almost anything that is nutrition-based, because there’s just so much BS out there. I will skip the BS and get right to the nitty gritty. From turning into a nightclub crawler, turned athlete, to battling hormone imbalances, to pregnancy, to being a mom, and to juggling all life’s responsibilities and struggles.This podcast will cover all the above, to pity-parties, to binge eating, to drinking, discovering proper nutrition to mental health, to finding balance, and to all the nutrition hacks; we will cover.
