Yesterday Pierre Poilievre went viral because he spoke on the floor of the Canadian Parliament about Sound Money. The reason he went so viral is that he touched on many of the things that bitcoiners have been sounding the alarm on. He used specific language around sound money that sounded really similar to many who have read from The Bitcoin Standard and various other literature that are written by Bitcoiners. Pierre himself later went on to credit The Bitcoin Standard for his education around the topic of sound money.

I break down his speech in this video and share some of my own thoughts around sound money and how it will fix some of the inequalities we see around the world.
