Frances Castelli and host Dr. James Casale discuss Frances's journey as a mom who had three kids with serious food allergies and a traveling husband but, still managed to home school them for 17 years. She had to learn a how to cook specific meals based on these allergies and conduct her homeschooling as well. She has written a cook book,"The Kitchen Chemist" which should be available this summer.
