So, you lived through a pandemic. How did it change you? I was so moved by Riya Sokol's video,  ⁠Thank you Coronavirus⁠ that I decided to sit down, put pen to paper and journal. Time has passed and life keeps moving forward. I'm curious, did COVID empower you to grow? Did you make positive changes and now find yourself back in hold habits and patterns?

Here's some questions this video prompted me to consider. Maybe you want to spend some time with them too.

1. What did COVID shake in you?

2. Did COVID increase your awareness to the fact that we are dependent on a higher power?

3. What luxeries did you appreciate even more when they were ripped away?

4. What did you discover about the pace of your life and the importance of the things on your schedule?

5. What big problems became minor or insignificant?

6. What clarity did COVID bring towards what is actually important?

7. Did COVID help you reconnect with nature or bring awareness to air quality or pollution?

8. What about the global disease, FEAR. What fears did you face, or not?

9. Did you embrace the support of a community? Did you realize you did or didn't have people to lean on and support each other?

10. What things did you reevaluate, personally, professionally, relationally?

11. Has COVID helped you rebuild a better life for yourself?
