Podcast conferences are a great way for newcomers, professionals, and fans to gather, learn, and network, whether that be online or in person. Here are the biggest podcast conferences coming up in 2023.
Podfest Expo is a conference that has grown steadily since its founding in 2016. Last year, the conference featured more than 500 speakers and 5,800 attendees.

Africa Podcast Day in an annual event highlighting the best podcasting Africa has to offer. The organization’s goal is to share African voices with the world, so the event is online and free.

Audio Intelligence Summit focuses on the advertising side of the podcasting industry. This half-day event brings brands, agencies, and publishers together to discuss how audio and audio advertising are being effectively utilized, measured, and optimized to heighten brand awareness and increase ROI.
PodFest Cairo is Egypt’s first podcasting conference and is completely free to attend. During this one-day event, there will be a series of panels. They haven’t announced the topics for this year, but last year panels included “Voice and Audio Quality in Podcasts” and “How to Start a Podcast.”

Evolutions, an offshoot from the main Podcast Movement event, features three different “tracks” for different levels of involvement in the podcasting industry: Beginner ($149), Podcasters ($199), and Industry Professionals ($399).
Each track consists of keynote sessions, networking events, and parties.
Past speakers have included the likes of Marc Maron, Alex Blumberg, and Earlonne Woods. This year Evolutions features speakers from all corners of the industry, including podcast hosts like Emily and Dedeker from “Multiamory”, and advertisers like Brittany Clevanger from BetterHelp.
VO Atlanta is the largest voiceover conference in the industry, gathering voice actors, agents, directors, producers, and resource providers for a weekend of learning, networking, and socializing.
2023 is the 10th Anniversary of the conference, and the keynote speaker is voice actor extraordinaire Debra Wilson.
Radiodays Europe is the meeting point for over 1,300 European radio, podcast, and audio industry professionals. Over the three day event, attendees can enjoy workshops, panels, and networking events.
